This week will be a very busy and stress filled week for many FlyBabies. It’s even more important to incorporate December’s habit of pampering when we are stressed. Take time this week to BREATHE and quiet your spirit. One of my favorite ways of doing this is to read devotional messages and scripture each day which focuses me on the truly important things in life. You can also listen to uplifting, calming, inspiring music while bathing and getting dressed in the morning to have a similar effect. During this busy season, take time to quiet the mind, focus on what’s most important, and then have renewed energy to tackle the busy-ness of life.
