Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This week, spend time each day  with whatever you find beautiful. For me, looking at the sweet  innocence of babies in Anne Geddes books is so rejuvenating and an  instant stress reliever. I also love looking at the beauty of handcrafted items which inspires me to be more creative.

Think about what you think of as beautiful: nature, children, art, music, architecture. Spend some time basking in this beauty and letting the pure joy fill your soul. You will be rejuvenated and ready for what life throws your way!
