The thrill and joy of learning something new can be a great stress reliever and a lot of fun. This week, try something new. If you’ve never worked a Sudoku puzzle, why not give it a shot? Perhaps crafting is more your style, so you might prefer to pick up a book on knitting at the library and some needles and yarn at your local craft department and give that a try. If you enjoy physical activity, why not give yoga or perhaps a spinning class a try?
Remember, be patient with yourself when trying something new. You cannot, nor should you ever, expect or strive for perfection. Give it your best shot, relax, and enjoy the learning process. You will become better with practice, no matter what new activity you try.
