Much of the busyness of the holidays will be a thing of the past this week, so let’s take this opportunity to rejuvenate our skin and our senses.
Pamper yourself with a facial mask. If you have a favorite mask already, then you are on the fast track to a wonderful pampering session. If you don’t have a facial mask to use, try finding something in the fridge that might work. Yogurt is a good facial mask for most skin types and honey can be added for those with drier skin. Believe it or not, Milk of Magnesia is a great mask for those with oily skin!
Clean your face and apply the mask and then soak in a warm bath. A few candles and some soft music makes this particularly relaxing.
Once you are ready to end your pampering session, rinse off the mask and follow with your favorite toner and moisturizer.
Take a few minutes for you every day. You are so worth it!
