Last month the Federal Government flat out said that for our health we must slash the amount of sugar we are eating….and a lot of the time we don’t even know the sugar is there.
The most important points of an article in USA Today on January 9, 2016 were:
“If you want to stay on the cutting edge of nutrition advice, what you should really worry about are added sugars, according to a new report from the federal government that urges us to cut back—way back—on sugar.”
“Half of U.S. adults, about 117 million people, have a preventable, diet-related chronic disease.”

This is so exciting! I am one of your faithful readers and I began my low carb journey back in the last week of October 2015 after reading your book. I was going to do my next weigh in March when I see my doctor for my regular appointment. I reported to you back in November I had lost 10 pounds and I am happy to report that when I weighed (yeah I couldn’t wait) that I had lost 35 pounds since starting the last week in October. My husband who joined me on this new adventure has lost tons of inches and has lost 30 pounds.
My husband cannot go a day at work without someone mentioning to him how much thinner he looks.
