Just wanted to share this because I thought it was fun, sweet and important to remember. My husband knows my tendency to forget using a timer and to forget allowing myself breaks. So he made me coffee and clipped my timer to it 😀 So thankful that he helps me remember what’s best for me; sticking to the FLYlady principles and taking care of myself. He knows because he has seen the big change it has made in my life.
