I read your book and I am giving myself one year to follow your advice. For once, I’m not in a hurry and I’m not telling anyone my plans, because I know my secret will give me energy. I’m going to baby step my way into this new way to eat, just like I follow FlyLady’s baby steps. I’m going to gently work what I have learned into my routine, making little changes in what I buy at the grocery store. I’m going to cut out one “eat out” meal every week and fix healthy food for that meal. I know my first step is to love myself in spite of what I’ve done to myself. Now I know it’s not my fault and that feels so good. I love your cooking segments (I’ve watched almost every one) and that’s really what made me want to get your book and I’m very glad I did. Thank you for all you do.
