November Habit #6 My Menus and Cozi

Dear FlyLady,

I’ve been a flybaby since April 2006, and I’ve been flying off and on since then. In May of this year I really wanted to stick with it. I watched your FlyLady tv episodes, and wrote down your routines. I posted them on my mirror and started doing them everyday. I downloaded Cozi and started doing the zones and missions. In June, I started writing my menus each week on the calendar.

My home is looking great, and I’m doing my routines everyday. But I wasn’t using Cozi to it’s fullest potential.

Last week, I talked a friend into trying Cozi and she found the Daily flight plan. All this time, and I never knew the flight plan was on Cozi. So now I get on Cozi every morning and check of my routines. I’ve added a few things to it, and they are all getting done.

Then I decided to put my menus on Cozi. I got my calendar and put in the current weeks menu. I then added the previous 3 weeks of menus. I set them all to repeat every 4 weeks. My menus are now done. I never have to think about what I want to make, and I won’t be making spaghetti every week.

I just want to thank you for giving us such great tools to fly. It has taken me a few years to go from fluttering to flying, but with Cozi and chat, I’m in the air soaring high.
