I love menu planning! Over the weekend, I sit and think of about 4-5 dinners we are going to have the following week. I even look at my calendar and see which days will be extra busy – I’ll make a crock pot dinner that day. I even check the weather and see if it’s hot out then maybe we’ll grill or have a hearty salad. If it’s going to be cold and/or rainy, we’ll have a thick soup and bread. Then I make my shopping list and go Monday. I’m set for the week! The other nights that I don’t cook, we’ll have left overs, pizza or get a carry out. I love menu planning! It makes a huge difference in the week!
