Dear FlyLady,

I just read the June water habit.

What a wonderful idea to cool the water and put it in the FlyLady bottles without needing ice.

I recently had radiation treatments to my neck and when it was at its worst I could not drink the iced water until it warmed up.

I think I will start keeping water in the frig to drink and I know the water will stay cool as I would fill the bottle with ice and water in the morning and refill the water repeatedly during the day and not need more ice on many days.
