May Habit #4 I Am A Wife And Mother

Dear FlyLady and Crew,

Daily I say ‘God bless FlyLady’ because every day I find myself dealing calmly with something that preFlyLady would have sent me into a tail spin!

Anyway the purpose of this email is to tell you that on Monday night I cycled 3 kilometers to my Thai boxing class, where I ran for 1.5 Kilometers, skipped for 10 minutes and had a 2 hour boxing training, before cycling home again.

I am a wife and mother of three and do you know how I managed this?

3 years ago FlyLady said in May get moving. So I set my timer for 7 minutes and walked from my home in one direction then back when the timer went off. I started with this little amount and with babysteps have moved up to Monday nights effort which amazingly I enjoy!!!!

Talk about getting rid of stinking thinking and developing good habits. I really get the ‘it doesn’t have to be perfect’ to start thing.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the good health and clear mind that you have helped give me. I am being an active role model for my children which I am so glad of and I feel so good about myself.

Wow life can truly be enjoyable.
