I slacked off the last year.
Because of this I gained back the 25 lbs I had lost and my blood pressure has become a problem. I’ve been on meds for bp for several years but even that isn’t helping keep it balanced and steady.
So this last week I got back on the exercise plan.

Today I rode 9 miles on the bike trail while my best friend ran. She will be doing a 7 mile mud run with an obstacle course next Saturday. The nice thing about a bike is that when I got tired, I could coast and still give her the motivation she needed. It didn’t have to be perfect…grin.
