I have two jobs and unfortunately both are sitting!
I took this challenge to find ways to move even when I don’t have 20 minutes or half an hour to do a “real” workout.
I park further out in the lot, I take the stairs instead of the elevator (and usually arrive faster than those offering to hold the elevator for me…), I use the restrooms on another floor and take the stairs to get there and back, I pace while on the phone when i can, I “readjust” my clothes often to get some squats in, and I drop things often so I have to do more squats or lunges to retrieve them. One of my co-workers suggested jumping jacks and desk push ups.
What other ideas do your amazing FLY community have for those of us who are stuck “sitting down on the job?”
