This is the first testimonial I’ve ever sent in. I wanted to share my experience with the BBR.
I lived in a 100+ year old house in TN for 15 years. It was a wonderful house in Spring and Autumn, but I could not keep warm in the winter. I dreaded going to bed because it was so cold on the stairway, and getting in a cold bed isn’t fun, either. I would procrastinate until I was falling asleep in my chair, then have to get ready for bed while half asleep, usually skipping steps. I would lay tense and curled up into a ball until I fell asleep, sometimes for an hour or more. I even got sick a couple of times from not enough sleep.
I eventually bought an electric blanket, and updated my BBR with a reminder to turn it on. About 9:30 pm, I would go up and turn it on to preheat the bed, then go back downstairs to the bathroom and get ready for bed, then sit and watch a little bit of the 10 o’clock news in the Living Room. Now, I looked forward to going to bed and being warm, and the warmth would help me relax and fall asleep faster. I stayed healthier after this, too!
The BBR also helped me be on time for work, because I prepped the night before what I was going to wear, and what I needed to take with me, including my lunch, so I ate healthier, too.
Thanks for giving us the tools to lead better and healthier lives, and for inspiring us to use them!
