Fight Procrastination

The magic of 15:-

I am really getting into the swing of FLYing after just a few weeks¬† I am using the 15 min timer and it is really helping me fight procrastination in so many ways. I work from home and am using it to factor in breaks from the computer and tackling my ironing pile, clearing up the kitchen amongst other things!¬† Am still procrastinating the de-cluttering! But at least I now recognise it’s my problem area and I will get there. Am working on my morning and bedtime routines and figure I am allowed to get there slowly but surely. Steady progress each day right?!
