The magic of 15:-
I am really getting into the swing of FLYing after just a few weeks I am using the 15 min timer and it is really helping me fight procrastination in so many ways. I work from home and am using it to factor in breaks from the computer and tackling my ironing pile, clearing up the kitchen amongst other things! Am still procrastinating the de-cluttering! But at least I now recognise it’s my problem area and I will get there. Am working on my morning and bedtime routines and figure I am allowed to get there slowly but surely. Steady progress each day right?!
