I read a tip from your emails a few weeks back about meal planning. Someone included an idea for a meal planning page, that also helped you with grocery shopping. This has been working great for me! I have been planning meals, and realizing that I only have to buy maybe 5 things for my week of meals when I go shopping. This has greatly reduced our spending at the grocery store, has made me feel more organized, and has been helping me cook healthy meals for my husband and I instead of stopping for fast food or getting pizza. It still takes some time to plan things out, but I know that it will make my week go much faster! Thank you so much for the tips!
