Do You Make These Mistakes When You Buy Olive Oil?

Dear Friends,

I have a funny story to tell you! Back in July, I got a new doctor! Her name is Carly Brown. She has a different type of medical practice. She does not take insurance. You pay her a flat rate according to your age. I get billed monthly and am very happy with her,  my weight loss, and the way I feel. As a result I have told all of you about Asheville Medical Group.

One of my Flybabies called Dr. Brown. The next time I saw Dr. Brown she told me that she had a new patient because of me. I told her to tell her hi; even though Dr. Brown could not tell me her name.

The next month Dr. Brown recommended a wonderful book that I read in a day. It was called Bright Line Eating. I loved the book and have recommended it many times in my Facebook Live Shows. That book is life changing.

Finally, we got a message on our Facebook page from Meghan. She told Liz that she had recommended the Bright Line Book to Dr. Brown. We eventually connected with one another and have become fast friends.

Last week she and her husband were in Italy tasting olive oils. They just got home and now they are headed to get their oil bottled. She asked me if I cooked. I had to admit that I didn’t cook much but that I knew how to cook. My commitment for the month of November was to cook every night because Dr. Brown wanted me to eat less salt and more fresh foods. So far I have succeeded!

Meghan shipped me three of the most wonderful bottles of olive oil. That olive oil has been wonderful to cook with. I never knew much about olive oil. So she sent me this essay. I can’t wait to learn more. I love to give clutter free gifts. If you have a cook in your life check this out! If you are the cook; you are going to love this.

I have been using this wonderful olive oil for several months and I will never be without it. I actually think it is helping me to want to cook more often. I shared a bottle with my son and they love it too.

The Crazy Way Olive Oil
Helps You Lose Weight

Plus, the olive oils I like best for deeply satisfying flavor,
purity, freshness, and nutritional potency

If your New Year’s resolution to lose weight went by the boards faster than the ball drop in Times Square, take heart — and take heed — of this surprising advice from Prevention magazine.

In an article titled “The Crazy Way Olive Oil Helps You Lose Weight,” Prevention says:

“It tastes delicious, it’s full of healthy, good-for-your-heart fats, and it might even help fight off dangerous belly bugs (bacteria). But there’s another way this golden health elixir can make your life better—and you don’t even need to eat it. Simply smelling olive oil may help you lose weight, according to a recent study in the American Journal of Nutrition.

How is that possible?

In a related article titled “The #1 Food to Feel Full,” Prevention explains that olive oil seems to trigger a potent effect on your levels of serotonin, one of your “feel good” hormones that helps you feel full, content, and satisfied. “Olive oil keeps you fuller longer,” says Prevention, adding…

“Researchers suspect that this full feeling is due to two aromatic compounds found in olive oil. Both compounds actually slow the absorption of glucose into the bloodstream. ‘When glucose is absorbed quickly, it can cause a rapid rise in blood sugar—and in turn, a rapid decrease,’ says Susan Bowerman, MS, RD, assistant director for the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition. ‘If a food can slow that absorption down, the “crash” is avoided and there is an increased feeling of satiety.’”

And Helping Me Feel Fuller Longer Is Just
One of the Reasons I Love This Superfood

If you’re on an Atkins, Paleo, Ketogenic, or other low-carb eating plan, a bottle of good olive oil is a must in your kitchen because it has zero carbs. And it enhances your favorite dishes with such rich, delicious taste and a luscious mouthfeel.

As a bonus, studies have shown that extra-virgin olive oil lowers “bad” cholesterol and cuts your risk of heart disease and stroke. It may help protect you against cancer, especially cancer of the breast, prostate, and colon. It can be a godsend for arthritis sufferers because it can reduce inflammation and ease joint pain without side effects.

Olive oil has also been shown to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of diabetes, and may even help reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. If you want to avoid osteoporosis, it’s outstanding because it enables the calcium in your food to be better absorbed into your bones. Finally, it’s loaded with antioxidants and polyphenols, which help regulate your immune system in protecting your body against disease.

But Please Don’t Buy Just Any Olive Oil “Off the Shelf.” Here’s Why…

Olive oil, unlike wine, does not get better with age. Like milk, eggs, meat, and many other foods, olive oil is perishable. That’s why I avoid buying olive oil in stores, where the oils can sit on the shelf for months, growing stale, musty, and eventually rancid.

I much prefer buying online, where you can secure outrageously delicious olive oils fresh from the latest harvest. That’s when olive oil is bursting with just-plucked-from-the-tree flavor and goodness. Try just one bottle of fresh-pressed olive oil from a good online source, and you’ll likely never go back to store-bought.

Who Is My Favorite Source of the World’s Best Olive Oils?
Meet My Personal “Olive Oil Hunter,” T. J. Robinson.
He’ll Even Let You Try One of His Finest
Artisanal Olive Oils for $1 (Normally $39)

A former chef and gourmet food writer/editor, T. J. came up with the idea of hunting for the world’s best, freshest artisanal extra virgin olive oils (EVOOs)—and flying them to the kitchens of America’s top gourmet chefs and passionate foodies straight from the new harvest at their peak of flavor. He does this through his fast-growing Fresh-Pressed Olive Oil Club.

Joining the club gives you direct access to the purest, freshest, and most flavorful olive oils from a wide array of gold-medal-winning olive oil producers. These olive oils are personally hand-selected by T. J. Robinson exclusively for his club members and are available nowhere else on earth. They are out-of-this-world delicious! Best of all, when you join his club, there’s no commitment to buy anything else.

Every olive oil T. J. imports is independently certified in two ways to be 100% pure extra virgin. First, each oil is chemically tested by an accredited third-party laboratory and certified to be 100% pure extra virgin. Second, each oil is certified by an independent tasting panel of human judges, formally trained and accredited to detect even the slightest defects in an olive oil’s taste or aroma.

My First Taste Blew Me Away

When he heard about my website, T. J. sent me three of his new oils, fresh from the harvest, for a taste test. I loved the rich complexity … the vibrant colors that ranged from deep green to golden … and the bright, sunny flavors. They were grassy, herby, fruity, and intense—all at the same time, just like a complex wine. This was the real McCoy EVOO you only get in the best European restaurants and the back-road bistros around the Mediterranean.

And then came the oil’s remarkable finish: A distinct “pepperiness” at the back of the throat upon swallowing, the hallmark of the very freshest oil. This peppery tang is due to the oleocanthal, the inflammation-fighting component that can begin to disappear six months after pressing. This is yet another reason to buy your olive oil when it’s fresh. That gentle peppery finish is an excellent indicator of how fresh and therefore how healing the olive oil may be in helping reduce inflammation.

Once I tried T. J.’s olive oils, I fell madly in love with them, as did my family. I told this to T. J. He was so pleased that he offered to give my readers a special deal—his generous “$39-Bottle-for-a-Buck” offer.

$39-Bottle-for-a-Buck Promotion Ends Friday, May 25
If you’d like to try this unique club and receive one of T. J.’s $39 bottles for just $1 to help cover shipping, I suggest that you act now, for two reasons:

First, T. J. and his Fresh-Pressed Olive Oil Club have reserved a strictly limited number—240 bottles (20 cases)—to share with my readers. Problem is, I’ve got many thousands of readers, so these 240 bottles should go very fast, and it’s first come, first served. Also, his $39-Bottle-for-a-Buck offer expires Friday, May 25, which will be here before we know it. If you miss it, you’ll have to wait until the next harvest season and hope he repeats the offer.

This is the kind of generous, fair-minded offer I like to secure for you as my reader for a product I truly love. And it’s an excellent opportunity, maybe the first of your life, to experience the exceptionally vibrant and delicious taste of extra virgin olive oil when it’s fresh from the new harvest. As I experienced in my home, it adds new layers of flavor and deep-down satisfaction to your crisp salads and veggies, grilled meats, delicate fish, toasted nuts and seeds, and other favorite dishes.

The publicity this oil is getting is quite something. Foodies, celebrity chefs, and food writers are raving about it. For example, Larry Olmsted, the award-winning food and travel journalist, recently wrote in his New York Times bestselling book, Real Food/Fake Food:

“I now get most of my oil from T. J. Robinson’s Fresh-Pressed Olive Oil Club, and every time I open a bottle, my kitchen literally fills up with the smell of fresh-crushed olives—the scent explodes out of the bottle. Just breaking the seal transports me to Italy or Spain or Chile.”

When you click on the link below, you’ll see similar comments from many other voices as well.

If it’s true, as researchers suggest, that even the aroma of a great olive oil can help any meal keep you fuller longer, then wait till you open one of T. J.’s bottles. It will enthrall your senses. When you taste it, you will know how amazingly aromatic and delicious harvest-fresh olive oil really is.

If you’re interested, try a bottle for just $1 and taste for yourself.
