March Habit #10 What A Difference

March Habit #1Good morning!

Took me some time to figure out why I didn’t want to put my shoes on on my day off. My work shoes are comfortable; have to be because I’m on my feet 10 hours a day at work. I didn’t want to wear the same shoes on my day off. However, my other shoes were not comfortable to wear all day, so I avoided putting them on.

Light bulb moment! FLYing stands for Finally Loving Yourself (as we all know), so I gave myself permission to go and buy a pair of comfortable lace-up shoes to wear on my day off. I had to wait for payday, but what a difference! Sometimes identifying the problem (sore feet) can lead to a solution (new shoes).

Thank you, FlyLady for all you do
