This week is Front Porch, Entry & Dining Room.  Since I am on vacation the 2 days before July 4th, I thought I would do the daily suggestion of cleaning my front door.  I had a purple rag on the porch and an empty bucket, so I filled the bucket with water and wet the purple rag and started wiping down my door.

WOW, how Amazing my door looked when I was finished, I couldn’t believe how much better it looked, without all the dust and dirt on it.  As I wiped down the door, I splashed some water on the walls next to the door, so I wiped it up with the purple rag and was amazed at how much better my siding looked with the dirt wiped off it…..so I refilled my bucket and rinsed my rag and worked in 15 to 20 minute time frames over a couple of days and wiped all the walls and ceiling on my Front Porch!!!

How beautiful my porch is now, I am amazed at what water and a purple rag has done for the front of my house.  My husband even complimented how good the porch looks.  Of course I swept it as I cleaned.  It is a joy to sit and relax, with a glass of tea or water and enjoy nature on my clean front porch.
