Since most of the year is cold here in the Northwest, I cannot bear to drink cold water. I’ve found that mixing boiling water with colder tap water makes it easy to get my water down and get warmed up at the same time.
Another tip I’ve used to remember to drink water, is to make a deal with myself. If I drink a cup of coffee, I have a cup of water. If I have a cup of tea, I line up another cup for water. It really helps to pair my drinks together.
I used to have headaches and brain fog every day. I’ve found that by drinking water early in the day, I can put off the headaches altogether.
It sounds easy, but it took a long time to figure out how much my body needs water!
