I think it’s time we get back to the basics of pampering. You know what I mean… the things that we don’t always take the time to do with our hectic lives and schedules. We are in such a rush to get everyone else dressed and ready and out the door that we often times put ourselves last. Often times? Ok, I mean always! It’s time to take some pamper time just for us.
Set your timer for 15 minutes and give your hair a good wash. Use that yummy smelling shampoo or give yourself a deep conditioning treatment. And don’t forget the scalp massage! They say it helps hair growth. But hey, even if it doesn’t, it sure feels great! Treat your hair and yourself to a nice relaxing salon experience right at home.
