Dear FlyLady,

I recently had the water heater replaced in the condominium in which I live. Although I am not “flying” yet, thanks to your online encouragement, I am grateful I managed to get my place in presentable condition in time for the four appointments involved (including additional work which I asked the plumber to do, and a formal inspection by a city inspector). At one point in the process of having the water heater changed out, the plumber asked for paper towels, so he could wipe up some water which was leaking onto my kitchen floor (from my “old” water heater).

He began using the paper towels, but then I said, “Here. Why don’t you use this silver rag instead?” The plumber was impressed with how well the silver rag worked, and asked me where I had obtained it. I replied I had gotten it from your shop at flylady.net. I am grateful for the many FlyLady tools I own (including the purple and silver rags).
