Please don’t ask us “cleaning” questions. There are so many wonderful sites that tell you how to clean tile grout, how to remove stains from carpets and laundry, how to wash blinds, etc. Just do a search for your cleaning question on Google.

Send your testimonials to FlyLady@flylady.net. Please do not use this link to send questions or requests to subscribe, etc. Due to the volume of testimonials, they are are answered with an automatic message and then read at a later time. We promise — all testimonials are read! Thanks!
Send an email to MEDIA-Requests@flylady.net. Please put “Media Inquiry” in the subject line.
Send an email to FlyCrew@flylady.net with the subject line “Website Suggest/Comment.” Keep in mind, we don’t answer all e-mails (but we do read them!).

Enter your email address and click continue.
If you have problems, then send an email to: email@example.com and please put “Trouble Joining” in the subject line. Include the email address to which you want the FlyLady emails sent.
How to Unsubscribe:
Un-subscribe from the FlyLady Group or
Stop emails Going on Vacation/Holiday:
Click on “Unsubscribe” (found at the very bottom in the footer of every FlyLady email)
Verify your email address by entering it.
Click on the bubble beside: “Yes, unsubscribe from all mailings.”
Click “Save Changes.” You can also set yourself to going on vacation by un-clicking individual emails and clicking FlyLady Lite.
If you have problems, then send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org Please put “Unsubscribe” or “Vacation” in the subject line. If you are going on vacation we will set you to FlyLady Lite.
How to Reactivate Your Email:
Receive Emails again when you return from Vacation/Holiday:
Follow the instructions below on how to change your email setting. If you no longer have a FlyLady email to be able to click on the link at the bottom, then follow the instructions above of how to Subscribe (Join) Join FlyLady’s e-mail group! Enter your email address and click continue.
Change Your Email Settings
“FlyLady Individual Emails” is every email delivered throughout the day as each is posted
Click on “Unsubscribe” (found at the very bottom in the footer of the FlyLady emails)
Verify your email address by entering it and click on the bubble beside:
“No, I wish to continue receiving occasional mailings based on my interests”
(Choose which emails you wish to receive.)
Place a check mark beside “FlyLady Individual Emails”
Place a check mark beside “Announcements Only” or No Email.
Be sure that you check ONLY one list. Remove any check mark beside the list you do NOT want.
Click “Save Changes.”
If you have tried this method and are still having problems, then send an email to: email@example.com and please put Email Problems” in the subject line, depending on your preference. Include the email address with which you are subscribed if different from your return address.
Missing Emails? Stopped receiving emails? Emails being returned (Bouncing)?
- 1. First, look in your junk/spam folder.
- 2. Add this addresses to your email address book:
- 3. Contact your email provider if you do not find how to do this under the help section of your email account.
“White list” or “Add to safe list” the website & URL below.
If these suggestions do not solve the problems, then send an email to:
firstname.lastname@example.org and please put “not receiving emails” in the subject line. Include the email address you are subscribed with if different from your return address. Please be patient, as these are being looked at manually.
Change your Email Address
Click “Update Profile/Email Address” (found at the very bottom in the footer of FlyLady emails)
You will receive a confirmation email
When you receive it,
Click on the word “Update” right after your email address:
Your email address: ____ [Update]
Enter your new email address & confirm it by entering it again.
