Spring has arrived! The earth is being renewed; you can feel the newness in the air. Spring is a wonderful time to begin a walking program or get out in the fresh air for a run.

Have you experienced the wonderful benefits of exercise such as increased stamina, weight loss or increased energy? Send an email to FlyLady@FlyLady.net and put “Moving” in the subject line to share your moving progress. Don’t forget to add where you are from. We will post a few of your emails every day.

We are NOT alone! Have fun and keep moving! You are doing great. Remember that there are thousands of you moving at the same time!
