Marching Journey Down FlyLady Way!

Dear Friends,
If you want to march to the beat of a different drum and nutritionally ramp up your nutrients, you're going to have to get adventurous at the grocery store! My mission for you each week is going to be to either add something healthy and wonderful to your grocery list or cross something unhealthy for you right off that list. So, your mission today is to add:
Grape Tomatoes: I love these little tomatoes they're sweet, a little crunchy, and don't squirt juice and seeds everywhere like cherry tomatoes. Add some to your salad for a healthy dose of lycopene, an antioxidant that keeps our skin young and helps fight cancer. If you toss some halved grape tomatoes into your spinach as you saute it, you'll actually boost lycopene's power! These little guys are an easy to grab snack, too.

Dear Friends,
Boy do I have a fun mission for us today! Walk to your radio,
turn it on, tune it to your favorite station, crank up the volume,
and DANCE! Yes, you heard me... dance like a fool. Dance like
no one is looking. Who cares if you are doing the running man?
Or dancing the MC Hammer dance? Just have fun doing it and
enjoy this little break in your day. And don't forget to go to
the Marching section of the website and tell us you did it.
