This Saturday as we march down FlyLady Way we are going to celebrate the official House Fairy Upside Down Turn Around Day! Since we are marching, we need music, so let's make sure we turn on our tunes. Today, just for fun, you are going to do as much as you can backwards or twisted. For instance, in the morning have dinner in the bedroom in your pajamas, breakfast in the living room, and a picnic in the dark outside (you'll probably have to bundle up). Tonight kids get to sleep in each other's rooms and Moms and Dads trade sides of the bed just for fun. You could also wear each other's clothes. Mom dress up in one of Dad's suits, Dad squeeze into something of Mom's. On this special day think of something you'd like to do that you have never done, like take a shower with all your clothes on, eat a whole meal with your left hand, don't talk for a specific length of time like an hour or more, shut off the electricity for three hours, think up your own weird things to do just for fun. (A picture is worth a thousand words so don't forget to take one.) Make it fun and it will get done.
It's Saturday and you know what that means. Time for some
Family Fun Time decluttering. Today, we are going to tackle
that stack of CDs no one ever listens to. While your children
may have loved The Wiggles when they were 2, I bet they
don't love them now that they are age 20. LOL! These CDs
could really be blessing someone else. So, get the whole family
together, turn on the music and have some fun knowing you are
sharing your MARCHing music with someone else.
