Let the beauty of nature free your mind from worries about your home, work, and relationships. For a few blessed moments, just enjoy the feel of fresh air on your face, the sound of the wind gently blowing through the trees, and the pleasure of knowing that this loving movement is blessing your body. In this moment, all is right with the world and you can let go and just be you.

Dear Friends,
Your challenge for today is to either get a new razor or at minimum change your razor blade!! We have a tendency to stretch these as far as we possibly can and suffer the consequences with nicks and cuts because we are in such a rush all the time. Take the time out today to declutter the old and tired blades. You are worthy of good and safe tools!!
