Marching Journey Down FlyLady Way!

Dear Friends,
If you want to march to the beat of a different drum and nutritionally ramp up your nutrients, you're going to have to get adventurous at the grocery store! My mission for you each week is going to be to either add something healthy and wonderful to your grocery list or cross something unhealthy for you right off that list. So, your mission today is to add:
Olive oil: I know you know. But I'm going to say it anywayÉolive oil is rich in antioxidants, full of anti-inflammatory monounsaturated fat and essential, in my opinion, to a healthy diet. Use the plain old olive oil for cooking; extra virgin for salads and such. Why? The extra virgin stuff has a low heat index and will become rancid if you cook with it, the regular stuff is a little hardier.
