This Saturday as we march down FlyLady Way, we are going to celebrate the official House Fairy Rainbow Day! Since we are marching, we need music, so let's make sure we turn on our tunes. Today, just for fun have a party to celebrate rainbows.
Theme: Rainbows
Dress: Each member of the family picks a color and tries to dress completely in that color for the party.
Game: Send each member of the family to his/her room to find one red item to put in a give-away box (give them one minute). Then send them off for something blue, then green, and go through all the colors in the rainbow. Take the box to Goodwill in your colorful party clothes.
Food: Serve food in colors of the rainbow red (tomatoes), orange (duh!), yellow (pineapple), green (broccoli), blue (blue berries), purple (berry sherbet). (A picture is worth a thousand words so don't forget to take one.) Make it fun and it will get done.
It's Family Fun Time again and since we've been in the Main Bathroom
all week, we are going to have some Family Flinging in the bathroom. Its
time to get rid of all those old bath toys stored in drawers and closets.
If your children are out of the house and in college, they won't mind if
you toss out their old favorite rubber ducky. Just think about how much
room you will have in your bathroom when these things are gone. And how
much fun your kids will have when you find some of their favorite lost toys!
