Dear Friends,
Music has a way of making an ordinary day much brighter. Choose music that makes your heart sing and have some FUN! Be your band's biggest groupie!
March in place to get your blood pumping; dance with sheer enjoyment of your love of the music. If dancing isn't your thing, try using a hula hoop as you listen. It's a fun way to feel like a kid again, add some loving movement to your day, and enjoy your music.
Time spent pampering yourself has such great rewards for you and those around you. You're so worth it!

Dear Friends,
Your challenge for today is to go through the collection of lotions, shower gels, powders, etc., that we have either bought or received as gifts. If you do not love them or use them, toss them or bless someone else with them. Anything that is unopened that you know you don't like the scent or the type, there are many places that would love to have them or you can share them with friends or family that do like them. (Of course maybe not share them with the person that gave them to you LOL) These items seem to multiply and we don't even realize it! Before we know it we have a bathroom full of these things that we don't even use! Toss them or bless someone else!!
