Marching Journey Down FlyLady Way!

Dear Friends,
If you want to march to the beat of a different drum and nutritionally ramp up your nutrients, you're going to have to get adventurous at the grocery store! My mission for you each week is going to be to either add something healthy and wonderful to your grocery list or cross something unhealthy for you right off that list. So, your mission today is to add:
Nuts: The best ones are almonds and walnuts and they're best in their raw state (their beneficial oils aren't destroyed). These nutrient rich nuts can be eaten as snacks (only about 10-12 though, once a day. They're calorie-rich, too!) or used in stir fries, sprinkled in a crushed state, over the top of your green beans or squash. Almonds and walnuts are cardiovascularly beneficial and they help ease inflammation as well.

Dear Friends,
We've been MARCHing and having a blast all month
and we're going to continue the fun today. Your mission
for today is an easy one. Grab a glass of water and head
outside for a few minutes. Sit in your favorite chair or
step on the porch and just enjoy the warm sunshine. If
you don't have any sunshine quite yet, then just enjoy
the beautiful sounds of nature. Take this time just for
yourself and be proud of everything you've accomplished
this month.
