GETTING & STAYING MOTIVATED!

Are you having trouble getting your juices flowing or keeping them flowing?

If you are having trouble with motivation, than please consider a few key questions that you should definitely ask yourself:

1) Why am I exercising? Am I trying to lose weight, get in shape, fit in my skinny jeans, be an example of health to my kids, live long enough to bounce a grandchild on my lap? The answer to this question is VERY IMPORTANT and has a big effect on whether you will be successful. Concentrate on your health and being an example of health to your kids and family - versus concentrating on the scale or fitting in a pair of jeans.

2) Have you set firm goals and written them down? If not, TODAY IS THE DAY. You need to commit to exercising a certain number of days per week and for a certain amount of time. PERIOD - NO EXCUSES.

Answer these two questions and your mission for today is completed!
