This Saturday as we march down FlyLady Way we are going to celebrate the official House Fairy Have Fun in the Wind Day. If it's not windy at your house, plan to go somewhere today where it is. Here is a fun activity I let my kids enjoy when they were young. You'll need to go to a vacant parking lot in a church or school and take an old flat sheet and roller blades or skates. This activity takes two people and each one takes the sheet as if they are going to fold it only they let the wind fill it up and pull them across the parking lot! Since I'm not a sailor, I don't know how to sail back against the wind, so I recommend skating back like you'd hall your sled back up the hill. If it's cold today be sure to wear a nice warm coat so you won't want to come in because you are cold. (A picture is worth a thousand words so don't forget to take one.)
