GETTING FIT AND YOUR SELF-CONFIDENCE:
On a scale of 1 to 5 (5 = you feel great about yourself and 1 = you beat yourself up over excess weight, being unfit, etc.), how self- confident are you?

How consistent have you been with doing interval workouts every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and doing the No Excuses Workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays?

I want you all to think about the link between staying active and your self-confidence. THEY ARE DIRECTLY RELATED!

When you are fit, you feel great in general and that has a huge impact on your energy and self-perception. I can gaurantee you that WHEN (not IF) you nail your workouts for the next week, that you will feel better about yourself almost immediately. So AVOID MAKING EXCUSES and fit your workouts in. YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!
