Hi,

It just occurred to me to tell you how much your philosophy and tips help me, a person BO. Yes, I came to you knowing what to do and how to break tasks into small pieces, but that doesn’t mean I want to do it! I work part time and spend as much time as possible spinning yarn on my spinning wheel which is much more fun than cleaning. You help me to be disciplined and actually do the small steps which frees me up to stop thinking about them and feeling guilty I am not doing them. I do often create my own mission, for example today in the kitchen zone I am doing “refrigerator day” which means I go through items and wipe down shelves. Thanks for giving me this discipline!
