Yesterday late afternoon the plumbing to the kitchen clogged up and WOW!  Not having running water in the kitchen messed me up.  Anyway I kind of thought we might have helpers today so first thing in the morning I decided to use the Crisis Cleaning Podcast as a way to keep me focused.  I told hubby about the Clog Canon but he’s a snake guy so we now have a brand spanking new 25ft Snake just for the pipes.  Long story short he had to go under the house and fix the pipes.   But I diligently followed the Crisis Cleaning podcast and the house was presentable before the guys got back home from eating breakfast out.

Hubby says honey I don’t know how to tell you this but…He looks around…  I didn’t see ahead but such and such wants to come over to help. (He’s still looking around) I’m really sorry.  Normally this would have thrown me for a loop but..Thanks to the podcast the house was pretty well in shape before he told me the news.  So after he looks around a bit he goes.  “Well things look pretty good. “

So I’m washing the front door with the purple rags.  Then we have a big puddle of water in the kitchen floor from the work going on. No problem shop vac and again purple rag to the rescue.  Hubby couldn’t believe how shiny the floors were from   “Mopping”  I just threw it on the floor and moved it around with my shoe. Almost felt like dancing..lol

Then comes my Dad.  He can’t find anything to clean his glasses. He has tried everything and resorts to just having them cleaned when he goes to the discount store in town.  Out comes the purple rag.  The dry one from the earlier window washing.  He uses it and can’t believe how clean his glasses are.  He’s walking around looking through his glasses.  Quite hilarious but he was excited.   I took him outside and showed him what they do to windows.  He was cleaning my window and thought it worked great.  I told him well when your done come back in..lol

He’s looking forward to Fathers day because he knows what he is getting.  He’ll have the cleanest windows (next to mine) in the county.  I think I’m the only Flybaby in the county.  People just have to find you on their own.  I told lots but (they all think I was a BO person to begin with so it falls on deaf ears.)

I do have to say I did find a long lost friend on FB on the FlyLady page.  It has made a world of difference to find a friend to FLY with.  Thanks for the FB page, the Crisis Cleaning podcast and of course the miracle purple rags.  Well really everything is a “miracle” product.  Ok off to order the miracle rags in time for Father’s day.  Thanks for such great products.
