I was so upset when you had announced that the feather dusters were being discontinued. Then, like some miracle, you released the new FlyLady Feather Duster and I jumped at the chance to purchase one.

I had saved up the money to have a gardener come out and tidy up the yards (I care for my ailing parents ~ one of whom is on hospice at home ~ so my free time to work in the yards, falls somewhere between slim and nothing, plus I am limited by how much bending and kneeling I can do because of severe fibromyalgia).  He was out here for 4.5 hours and left the front, side, and back yards looking like jewels.  The only distraction from the beauty of the yards was the film of dust everywhere (he had used his blower and his rake a lot).

The black shutters looked more brown than black and the ledges of the windows had this thick coating of dust.  And the arcadia door, which I had cleaned just two days ago, inside and out, had a thick layer of dust as well.  I wondered if my  FlyLady Feather Duster could clean up this mess. So, I grabbed my duster by its long handle, and went at it. The dust on the arcadia door was gone, like magic.  The dust on the ledges and the shutters, gone in a flash.  Just for good measure, I took the duster over all the windows and came in.  And as I came in the arcadia door, I gave the TV entertainment center a swipe just for good measure.

Length of time?  Eleven minutes, for the whole house, front and back ~ 6 windows and ledges, 1 arcadia door, 12 shutters.  Now, the house and the yards make it the prettiest house on the block.  Am I proud?  You bet!  Am I grateful for my wonderful duster?  You bet!  Add it to the list of its many accomplishments!!
