I just wanted to tell you that the calendar is as important as my shoes & shiny sink! I’ve been writing down when everything is due, and then taking the bills and mailing envelopes out and putting them into the folder in the back of my calendar.

I write down when all my autodrafts come out, what my confirmation numbers are for online/phone payments, and I even have stamps in the back pocket “just in case”! I can’t believe how much money I’ve saved.

Nothing is late, I get discounts for early payments on medical bills, because I call within a day or two of the billing coming in the door, I have meticulous records without having files, and papers all over my house, AND I get to *earn* money instead of paying late fees, because I keep most of my money in a high interest saving account online, and transfer money right before the bill comes out.

This extra interest, the money saved from early payments and the money saved from not having late fees or fines all ended up covering my Christmas spending for this year! *Wow!*
