Dear FlyLady,

My two cats have their kitty litter in the linen closet of my master bath. Obviously, keeping the litter clean is very important!

So now that Swish and Swipe is my “assignment” for the month, I have added scooping the kitty litter and wiping the tile floor in the linen closet to my daily Swish and Swipe.

It takes an extra 3-5 minutes, but it saves me a tremendous amount of work later in the week.

Prior to this time, I have been ignoring the kitty litter until 1) it smells awful in the bathroom; 2) it’s time for the weekly change of litter.

Keeping up with it every day means my bathroom smells fresh all of the time. So easy when it doesn’t become a major clean up job!
