I just wanted to say thank you for your great website for helping me help myself get back on my feet. You see I have suffered for years with guilt that I don’t do enough around the house and when I have a fibromyalgia flare up everything gets left to my boys or piles up until I’m more able to deal with things .My lovely friend recommended I try your routine and it’s great I don’t feel guilty leaving all the housework to my husband anymore and I’m not so wiped out from a day of solid cleaning. It’s also been great getting my son on board giving him your kids challenges I’ve never seen his room or school bag so tidy and there is certainly less nagging.
