Dearest Marla,
First let me apologize for writing you and asking for help during the sad season with my sadness. I wrote you again and told you I couldn’t find you on Face Book live. I found you! Yay! Saying all that, you need to know what a blessing you are live! That live feed is what I need to get me going.
It reminds me I don’t have to be perfect which is one of my biggest problems. I sit at home all day, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. My mom taught me we are never done, at least that’s how growing up with 6 sisters was for me. I’m letting that go now but because I am alone everyday for so long (family members work long hours) I find myself trying to be perfect and wallowing in self pity! This morning you said we need to have joy and joy I have!
On to pink rags! After I finally got the FB live to start notifying me, I have been watching your live feed! You give me hope because I see I’m not the only one struggling! That makes me feel better. You talked about pink rags and uses for them so I decided to order me some. After all, you made them sound fun!
While ordering them, I decided to get a calendar and mop because they were on sale. When the order arrived, I got those pink rags out to put them through a wash. My husband was intrigued!
He wanted to know what they were for, I said ME! I showed him that they are smaller and I could use them better than the larger ones for my small hands or Marla said they excellent to exfoliate the face. He said, “can I use them for my face too? I need to replace my face sponges and those look perfect for me to use.”I laughed because who would believe my husband would like the pink rags as much as I do!? All because I finally got to see you live on FB!
By the way, when you go live and my husband is home, he says turn that up. I like to listen to her. She has a lot of good things to say! You give me hope, joy, and love! He loves that when I’m not all crabby because you lift me up by being you.
