The testimonials regarding the Purple Rags in a Bag seem to be an endless saga…….in a good way! All the recommendations about how to use them to our advantage are wonderful and I, like many other FlyBabies, learn from the experience of others.
I am writing to add to the list of reasons to use those excellent Purple Rags.
I am one of those blessed people who never runs out of kids. My DH and I raised six of our own, have seven grandchildren, and I own and operate a family day care center. I’ve been cleaning up after children for over 40 years and I have tried my share of cleaning products and tools. In my opinion, the Purple Rags are the best all-purpose tool for cleaning along with a spray bottle of water with a drop or two of dish washing liquid added. Other than the necessary disinfecting, I try to clean as chemical free as possible and even avoid using Windex as my spray cleaner.
We have rules, one of them being that we only color on paper. But, sometimes it’s difficult for toddlers and preschoolers to follow rules. The other day a couple of children colored, with crayons, on a white painted door, several window frames and a natural wood door frame. I put off attempting to clean them for several days because I was afraid of failure and having to face the fact that crayon scribbles were now part of my home decor. Eventually I took on the challenge with a Purple Rag and my spray cleaner. With a little rubbing pressure, every bit of crayon marking was removed within seconds. I was pleased beyond words.
Thank you FlyLady and FlyCrew for the excellent tools, daily support, and sharing of testimonials which help make our homes better places to live, our work loads easier with doable routines, and our lives richer with improved attitudes.
When I count my blessings, I count you twice.
Sincerely,
FlyBaby Claire
