Works For Singletons, Too!

Dear FlyLady,

I put off getting the FlyLady calendar for quite a while. I had read all the testimonials about how wonderful it was…but they all seemed to be from people who said how their DS uses it as well, or their DD, or their DH…and I am single, living on my own, with no children! So how on earth could it benefit me?

But one day I ordered it (quickly, so I wouldn’t change my mind LOL) and, when it arrived, hung it on the wall. Looking at it now, it is COVERED with appointments, stickers, reminders, check marks, handwriting, and gold stars! I realized that, although I am living on my own, I fill up my spare time with a lot of activities, and part of my stress was that I kept forgetting what was coming next!

So my peace has come not just because of the decluttering of my home, but the decluttering of my emotions, too. Thank you SO much, FlyLady!
