I’ve started booking my appointments with my hair dresser in advance, a year at a time. I pamper myself every six weeks with a hair trim. I first started doing this because my hairdresser is quite popular. Then I realized how nice it is to see something nice scheduled when I check the calendar for the life maintenance appointments.

This is a great way to look after myself on my schedule and not whenever my hair dresser can fit me in. I even made a special appointment to have my hair styled for a special date night (wedding anniversary).
