I’ve been flying for over 4 years now. I stop, then start, then stop… I am inconsistent lol.I want to share that no matter how many times I fail at my schedule, I know that I can start back on Day 1 of your BabySteps. I know that it’s okay that life got in the way and threw my routine out the window. I know that I can start over again and it’s okay!!!This way of thinking has helped me get control of my perfectionism. It has helped me to realize I don’t need everything to be perfect.
