I just wanted to let you know that May’s habit to get us moving has definitely changed my life! I now start my day early, which gives me more time to do everything I need to do, and have incorporated a few exercises in my morning routine. A dear friend of mineĀ started a fit camp which I attended over the Memorial Day weekend and she has agreed to train with me 2 mornings out of the week and I will attend her bootcamp 3 days out of the week in the evening. This is definitely a lifestyle change. I found myself exercising while on vacation! I am loving the additional time I get to bless my home and myself and the hurt so good feeling I get when I move a certain way. It reminds me that I’m blessing my body with exercise and plenty of water. Thanks again for the inspiration and motivation!
