I found you in a time of my life that I really needed guidance.  Your powerful words inspired me to move out of my feelings of worthlessness and into knowing I could face anything 5-15 mins, at a time.

I falter at times, but always return to you and your team for help when I need to remember how important it is to know that I am good enough.

Although fibromyalgia has taken it’s toll on me; I know that even a little bit done is more than before, thanks to you and it’s better than nothing.
