Dear FlyLady,
Your routines helped me when I was recovering from a stroke.
A friend saw the routines and revised them to include times I was to take my medicine, let the dogs out and back in and to feed them and the cats.
Then I had to retire; my cats passed away; found great homes for my dogs and moved into a Senior Apt complex and then I stopped following my routines.
Last week I finally admitted I need those routines and have started the baby steps.
I am very grateful for what I have learned from you
