Do you write things on your calendar like breast exams even when you don’t know when the appointment is yet? Or to have the car serviced? I am afraid my calendar will be messy?

Procrastination is our middle name. This is why we have an Anti-Procrastination Day! Wednesday is always the day for us to take care of the things we have been putting off.
Think of your calendar as your memory! You put things on your calendar so that you don’t have to try to juggle them in your mind. You have too much to do. Allow your calendar to help you! All you have to do is remember to check your calendar three times a day; Morning, Noon, and Evening! When an item is on your calendar you can release it from your mind till it is time to take care of it. Then the “Do It Now” Principle kicks in!
I would suggest that you put these items on a small hot pink Post-It Note! Get those appointments made. You can only skip one Anti-procrastination Day! Place an X on it and move it to the next Wednesday. To help yourself get it done; look up the phone numbers right now and put in the Post-It Note.
Now think about when your car will need serviced before you go on vacation or later this year for Thanksgiving and Christmas travel. I like to change my oil with the change of the seasons. If I have not been traveling then I can do it in the spring and fall.
