Must admit that I have not been keeping up with menu planning very well of late. Thanks for the little push to get back into it. I too am diabetic and need to eat appropriately. Menu planning really helps!
There’s a way I’ve found to save money and use that produce purchased last week before it spoils and has to be tossed out. Each time before I do my menu planning I clean out the refrigerator to see what I already have. Just a quick check and wipe down. I found that it’s also helpful to do a speedy reorganization of the pantry to make sure what I have there as well. These steps give me ideas and a great place to start with my menu planning.
Thanks for all you do for us. Your encouragement is appreciated.
Best wishes,
Carol in MO
